They're rude and do make you cranky. For me, waking isn't the problem. Its how I wake, believing the worse. Why is someone calling. Omigd, something is wrong! And when its not I'm usually just pissed, as my blood pressure explodes out of the top of my head. And of course the biggest mug in the world full of coffee doesn't help. I hate those calls. I take my phone of the hook just so it won't wake me up in the morning. We get tellemarketers that call us early in the morning. ARGH!!! I want to scream at them, get a life, but I don't. I just politely say to them before they get far in their speech, "I am sorry I am not interested."and then I hang up. I always fill out the DO NOT CALL list on the internet every year but for some reason the tellamarketers always call anyway. I have had friends call us really early in the morning. They are usually sorry about waking us up but it is usually something important they have to say. So I don't get mad at them. Really though, why do they call that early? My mom likes to call us late at night. Usually we are in bed trying to go to sleep at 10:30pm or 11:00pm and she will call up to talk or to ask me something. I always ask her, "Why are you calling me so late at night when I was home during the day?" ARGH!!!! I am so irritated by people who call early too!
