Two years ago I wrote The Tycoon’s Kiss, the second book in my Taming of the Sheenan series. The Tycoon’s Kiss, is classic Jane Porter romance: Troy Sheenan, a gorgeous driven tycoon falls for Taylor Harris, the smart, bespectacled small town librarian.
A year ago The Tycoon’s Kiss was one of four Tule stories being considered for a TV film by a reputable Los Angeles producer. Discussions and film options take a lot of time and very often nothing happens, so I was really delighted when just a couple weeks ago the producer’s team sent Tule an offer to option Tycoon’s Kiss. The story is now in pre-production and I promise to share more once I have firm details.
But until then, I wanted to be sure you’d seen the UK cover for the book. I love the illustrated covers for the series so much! Which do you prefer, the American photo or the UK illustrated cover?

Hi Jane, what great news to hear that you will have another book turned into film…Flirting With Forty is still one of my all time favorite reads and a favorite movie, too! I am currently reading Perfect Touch by Elizabeth Lowell and enjoying the WY Tetons location and characters. I just finished reading The Wedding Bees by Sarah-Kate Lynch…what a great book, so funny at every turn and lovable characters in unique situations. On my TBR pile I have Brokedown Cowboy by Maisey Yates among others.
I am reading Toys by James Patterson. I’m not really sure what my next books going to be.

I just finished WITH THIS RING? an anthology by 4 inspirational authors. Next up will be DRAGONFLY IN AMBER. I want to finish it before the new season of Outlander starts. I definitely prefer to read a book before seeing it on TV or at the movies.

Congratulations Jane!! That is so exciting!! Both copies are pretty in their own ways. I recently finished Nothing But Blue Skes by Christie Ridgway and am close to finishing Robyn Carr’s new book that was sent to me by another awesome author. Robyn’s book is hard to put down, it’s that good!! Now I need to get caught up with the Tule books, if that’s possible.
