Good Daughter Booktour – Afternoon Tea!

Last weekend was absolutely fantastic with two awesome tea events on Saturday and Sunday.  I had a blast connecting with good friends, old and new and chatting with so many of you who took time to join me in Portland, OR, and Newport Coast, CA.  Thanks for helping to make the launch of  The Good Daughter so successful!  Sales for the book have been absolutely terrific and I know it couldn’t have happened without all of you.

Portland: So good to see Teri Brown again!
Portland: with the lovely Heather Gray
At the Resort at Pelican Hill
Pelican Hill Resort: I loved catching up with good friends, Megan Crane and Kimberly Field!

Now I’m back on the East Coast today for more fun reader events and tonight I’ll be joining Allie Smith’s book club in Cumming, GA for a book group discussion with my friend Wendy Wax.

Then it’s off to Cary, NC and Detroit, MI and by next weekend, I’ll be in Denver, CO for another fabulous Tea event on Sunday, the 24th of February.

In fact, for those of you who live in Denver and would like to join me for tea, Arlene Guillen from the Denver Tea Room, is giving away one spot for the tea on her blog.  To make it even more fun, I’m going to match Arlene’s offer and give away a second spot for the tea here on my blog too!

Contest ends this Saturday evening so be sure to leave a comment here and do check out Arlene’s link too – – and double your chances to win!  Talk to me, tell me your plans for the weekend and fill me in on what’s happening with you.  xoxoxo

  1. Hey! Am I the first to comment? Nice thrill. I can’t be in Denver for the tea 🙁 but wish you the best and congratulations on the new book.

  2. Still hoping you will have something in South GA or North Florida one year. You enjoy your event today.
I plan on staying in today there is a blast of cold weather expected to bring rain and cold. Yesterday was gorgeous blue skies perfect temps. Today I will probably throw in my Blu ray a favorite romantic comedy like Made of Honor and watch.

  3. Hi Jane

Just dropping by to say hi.
I’m so looking forward to your book “The Fallen Greek Bride” that I’m reading the first chapter here on your website.

I won’t be able to see you in Denver but I look forward to seeing you at your event on the 3rd in Bellevue.
I had so much fun at the Tea event in Portland and love the pictures.
Congratulations on the great sale for your book.
    I’m so happy for you.
Have fun on the East coast and I’ll see you in 2 weeks.

  4. Jane,

Enjoy all your fun events this week. I can’t be in Denver, but I wanted to make sure every knows how wonderful your events are and that they need to go, if they are in the Denver area.

Everyone, if you ever have a chance to go to an Event with Jane, do it! She is AWESOME! The Tea in Newport Coast at the Pelican Hill resort was so much fun and of course the food was Yum!

  5. Jane,

  9. Thanks for enabling me to get new strategies about personal computers. I also contain the belief that one of the best ways to help keep your notebook in excellent condition is to use a hard plastic case, or perhaps shell, that will fit over the top of the computer. A lot of these protective gear are model specific since they are made to fit perfectly across the natural outer shell. You can buy all of them directly from the owner, or through third party places if they are readily available for your notebook, however its not all laptop could have a shell on the market. Yet again, thanks for your tips. knock off louis vuitton bags
